Launch the AecCB.exe file located in the C:Program FilesAutodeskAutoCAD 20XXACA or MEP folder. it does take a while to process though and requires a fairly beefy computer, they recommend 128gb of RAM on their site but you can still process nice results on medium setting with 16gb of RAM. (You can keep your software open while doing the task to launch the Content Browser.) To launch the Content Browser go to the Windows Start > All Programs > Autodesk > your software folder> Autodesk Content Browser. Photoscan on the other hand does produce higher quality textures and can handle more than 250 images (Memento’s limit).

Plus given the way i work, i like how the processing is done on their servers rather than my computer, meaning i can work on other stuff while waiting for it to process:) I mainly use memento because the meshes are more detailed and its very simple to use. Using a much larger textured turntable, ensuring that it was visible in all shots even the low ones, greatly improved the success rate and the results.

Having processed several image sets in both Photoscan and Memento, i found that Photoscan often struggled with turntable shoots, adding an annoying outline to the point cloud the same color as the background. Soon after starting the programme, the mouse goes erratic and uncontrollable for a minute or so, then the ReMake crashes the computer and forces a restart with question to send to Microsoft.Personally i have found that this depends on whether you are taking pictures as you move around the object, or rotating the object on a turntable and keeping the camera static have you noticed if ReMake crashes on certain operations or is unstable in general? can you send us your OS, system spec etc?

to uninstall Memento please try this, it has always worked for Memento I bought a new laptop just for this: Toshiba Satellite S55t-C 16GB RAM, 4GB NVIDA GEFORCE GTX, 1TB memory can you please check that you have the minimum system requirements to run ReMake? we don't have many users that have these regular crashes, so i suspect that you might not have enough system specs?
